Lilja Baldurs is a Creative Producer who works across all media and in creative fields such as art, film, fashion, music and culture. Lilja has produced large-scale art installations in prestigious venues worldwide, as well as ad campaigns, fashion editorials, music videos, short films, events and immersive media. Lilja is the Creative Producer for the installation CHROMO SAPIENS for the Icelandic Pavilion at the Venice Biennale 2019.
She has worked with clients such as Moncler, Juicy Couture, bareMinerals, & Other Stories, Lola, Thursday Boots, Swish Beverages, Mytek, Rebtel and Kalda. Her work has been published in iconic publications and websites such as Artsy, Vogue.com, Vogue Italia, Vogue Paris, Vogue UK, Vogue Russia, Vogue Spain, Vogue Ukraine, Vogue Netherlands, Vogue Turkey, Vogue Runway, WWD, V Magazine, L'Officiel, GQ, Elle, Glamour, Highsnobiety, Footwear News, Costume and Flair Italia.
Lilja is the founder of ARTIK, a consultancy for creatives and small business owners. Her clients include artist Shoplifter / Hrafnhildur Arnardóttir, creative agency The French Fry, photographer Elisabet Davids and world-renowned stylist and designer Victoria Bartlett.
Lilja currently holds positions as Head of Operations & Executive Producer for Blue Scorpion Investments and Director of Business Development & Client Relations for Hello Goodbye Media.
Lilja sat on the board of the Patchogue Arts Council for 2 years and specializes in grant writing. She has successfully raised multiple six figure grants for various projects related to design, art, film and entrepreneurship.
Lilja has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Arts Administration & Cultural Policy.
